2547152 - The Basic Search with Deal Registration Name is not Working

Symptom

The Basic search with Deal Registration Name is not working.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Deal Registration view and select All Deals.
  3. In the basic search, enter the Deal Registration Name ABC (where ABC is the Deal Reg Name) and enter.

It displays no records.

Resolution

It is plan to enhance the basic search to include Deal Registration Name in upcoming releases, but as workaround you can follow below steps.

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Deal Registration view and select All
  3. Click on the column Deal Name and under filter option enter the the value as ABC.

You will be able to see the record for Deal Registration Name with ABC.
