Symptom

  1. Creating an object (e.g. document, folder...)  results in "A fatal error occurred; application stopped; inform your system administrator Diagnosis CX_BSP_XSRF_EXCEPTION" error message in class CL_BSP_RUNTIME method ERROR.
  2. Clicking on buttons e.g. "Authorizations" or "Notifications" results in "A fatal error occurred; application stopped; inform your system administrator Diagnosis CX_BSP_FORBIDDEN" error message in class CL_BSP_RUNTIME, method IF_BSP_RUNTIME~ABORT_DUE_TO_FALSE_TOKEN.
