2547534 - Auto Delegate Workflow Search is Not Showing All Users in The Search

You try to auto delegate a workflow to antoher user but you cannont find them in the search - “There were no results”, Prior to b1902 all Users were Listed in the Search

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud

1. Go to Quick Links in Homepage
2. Choose Auto Delegate
3. Search for a particualr user -> system gives information “There were no results”

• This is expected behaviour based on permisssion configuration.
• Prior to b1902 all Users were Listed in the Search.
• Product enhancmnet due to stronger security requirements has changed this search to be restriceted based on Role Based Permission Target Population

• Configure a new role to access workflow page, which includes workflow page access permission and person search permission:

  • General user permission -> User Search
  • Manage workflows -> Manage Workflow Request
  • Manage workflows -> Allow Auto Delegation

• Then grant this role to the user who wants to view all employees, and set target population to "everyone".
