Resolution
When we are talking about eSocial, employee central will work as data source only.
This means that employee central will not handle the transition of the data from SFSF to eSocial considering this we have two main considerations regarding how employee central will work for eSocial.
- We are currently working on a few enhancements that are planned to 1711 in order to offer the fields:
- "Challenge Person Quota"" (EN) / "Cota de pessoas com deficiência" (PT)"
- "Health Care Dependent (EN) " / "Dependente em plano privado de saúde" (PT)
- "Internship school (ENG)" / "Instituição de Ensino do Estagiário"(PT)
- "CNPJ of the intern's school (ENG) / "CNPJ da Instituição de Ensino" (PT)
- "Nature of Internship" (EN) "/ "Natureza do Estágio" (PT)
- "Internship Level" (EN) / "Nível do Estágio" (PT)
- "Integration agent (ENG) " / "Agente de Integração" (PT)
- "Educational entity (ENG)" / "Entidade Educativa" (PT)
- Sending the Data to eSocial will not be handed by employee central, this will request an integration between EC and HCM (for customer who have the SAP HCM too) or an integration between EC and your third part application software responsible for sending this data to eSocial.
