2547650 - SAP GUI TextEdit Control - Characters are not displayed correctly after the input using Keyboard

Symptom

In Textedit Control characters (Russian, Slovak, Czech, Thai, Mongolian, etc..) are not displayed correctly after the input via keyboard (copy and paste works fine).

This happens using SAP GUI 740 Patch 13 or SAP GUI 750 Patch 1 or higher.
