1.Login to www.sap.com
2.Go to About tab
3.Go to SAP Agreements
4.Navigate to "SAP Cloud Services Customers"
5.Under it, you can see Second section "Cloud Service Description"
6.Click on Service Level Agreement
7.You can select the language version whichever you want and can download the document
