2547701 - Is it possible to delete individual background bundle/ export in Report Distributor Download?

Symptom

  • Before b1711 release: In Report Distributor there was an option to Clear Background Exports which allowed users to clean up all background bundles. There was previously no option to manage the deletion of these bundles individually.
  • After b1711 release: There is now a new option to manage Background Bundles. Bundles can now be deleted individually and there is also an option to delete all bundles that are more than one month old.

Resolution

  1. Home > Reporting
  2. Report Center > View Schedules 
  3. Switch to Legacy Report Distributor
  4. Background Bundles > It will open a new window > Delete
