The requirement is to install additional packages on the R-server in SAP Analytics Cloud.
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- R-Server
Cause
Additional packages are missing on the R-Server, which is being used.
Resolution
In case your SAP Analytics Cloud system has "built-in" R-Server, you can not install additional packages on it.
This is because it is not possible to install additional packages on a predefined R configuration which has shared resources.
If you would like to install additional packages you need to configure your own R server (See: Connecting to an R environment) and install packages according to our blog (See: R packages for SAP Analytics Cloud).
