2547749 - Installer fails with error 'The sybmgmtdb database size is too small' - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • ASE post-installation tasks fail with message in updatease.out file:
Updating Adaptive Server 'ASE150_2K'...
Start Adaptive Server ...
Adaptive Server has been started.
Updating Adaptive Server failed.
The sybmgmtdb database size is too small: alter database to add at least 58 MB of data space.
