A user with the assignment of the "Super User Role" as ADMIN cannot staff a role or add a candidate to a role in a project. The fields "Resource" and "Candidate" are dimmed on the staffing-tab. With the old ACO_SUPER user (activity ADMIN) it was possible to staff a role.
