2547869 - The Portfolio Structure Graphic does not load or malfunctions

Symptom

The Portfolio Structure Graphic and/or Classification Hierarchy Graphic do not load or have severe performance problems when loading. You may get a Java error when accessing the graphic.

This behaviour may be restricted to specific Java versions (e.g. users with an older Java version on their PC are not affected).
