Symptom
- Rich text settings have been enabled for the system users, but when a User tries to paste an image into a Text Log for a CRM based ITSM/ChaRM document and then save, the image is not saved or displayed in the Text Log
- Image get saved as an attachment in "Create Incident" Fiori app instead of showing in Description after saving.
