2547921 - Compare Users doesn't show the background portlet used in the search on Talent Search v2

Compare Users section of Talent Search v2 does not show the background portlet used in the search.

1. Go to Talent Search;
2. Select background portlet under "Advanced Information", for example "Special Assignments And Projects" (ID "special_Assignments"):

3. Select from 2 to 5 users and click "Compare";
4. The background element selected in the search does not appear:

The ID of the background portlet, which is configured in the Data Model XML, contains a special character, such as underscore ('_').

To resolve the issue, the special characters, such as the underscore ('_'), should be removed from the background element ID. To complete this change, you can Report an case with Cloud Support or engage your Implementation Partner.

NOTE: Data is retrieved for a given background element based on its ID. Therefore, the existing data will no longer be available after you change the ID of the background element. To keep your existing data, you should first make an export of Background Information from the instance, save it as a backup and then request the changes. Once the changes are completed, you will need to re-import the data with the new ID.
