The field which will show in the "Name Information" section of the Add New Employee Wizard if enabled are as follows:

• first-name 
• last-name 
• middle-name 
• third-name
• second-last-name
• salutation 
• script 
• display-name
• business-first-name
• business-last-name
• birth-name
• suffix

There is currently no way to add other fields to this section.
