2548148 - How To Remove The Edit Button From Home Page Using Business Role

Symptom

The business is requesting to remove the Edit button in Home page for some users.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Adaptation mode.
2. Click on Company Settings.
3. Under "Define Settings for" select Business Role.
4. Search for the desired business role.
5. Enable the "Disable User Personalization Feature" option.
6. Save.
7. Log off and login again so the changes are applied.

Resolution

To disable the Edit button on Home page, the "Disable User Personalization Feature" option should be enabled for business role or company level in case necessary.
