2548329 - LMS: View Questionnaire Item Usage Report in CSV Format

• Questionaire Item Usage Report is only available in HTML format via the Questionnaire Surveys record.
• You want to view it in CSV or Excel format.

Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Log in to LMS as Admin.
2. Navigate through Admin > Learning > Questionnaire Surveys > *** Edit the survey *** > Item Usage > Run Report.
3. Report will be displayed in HTML format.

 This is an expected behavior.

Run the 'Item Evaluation' report (Admin > Learning > Reports > Item Evaluation (CSV)).

It pulls up the same data.
