2548329 - LMS: View Survey Item Usage Report in CSV Format

Symptom

  • Admins need to run a report that shows what items the survey are linked to, and Item Usage Report is only available in HTML format via the Surveys record.
  • You want to view it in CSV or Excel format.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in and navigate through Learning Administration > Content> Surveys > *** Edit the survey *** > Item Usage > Run Report.
  2. Report will be displayed in HTML format.

Cause

 This is an expected behavior.

Resolution

Run the 'Survey Response' report (Admin > Learning > Reports > Survey Response(CSV)).

It pulls up the same data that shows what item uses the survey and the response details.
