Reproducing the Issue

Go to: Manage Pending Hires

Cause

Permission Live Profile Access is missing.

Resolution

Go to: Admin Center
Go to: Manage Permission Roles
Select the target role
Click: Permission
Click: General User Permission
Check the option: Live Profile Access
Save
