Symptom

When attempting to log in, the user receives the error: "Could not open app. Try again later."

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the SuccessFactors URL to log in.
  2. Observe that an error is displayed on the homepage after login.

Cause

  • The link entered is for the login page but the user is already logged in:
  • URL being used: "https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/sf/start/#/login"

Resolution

Remove the "#/login" part of the URL

"https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/sf/start/#/login"
