Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SuccessFactors URL
  2. Error received on the home page

Cause

  • The link entered is for the login page but the user is already logged in:
  • URL being used: https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/sf/start/#/login 

Resolution

Remove the "#/login" part of the URL
