2548925 - Rehire error (EmpAddressInfoEO) due to invalid employee or dependent address data

When attempting to rehire a user, the following error occurs:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: java.lang./llegalStateException: com.successfactors.db.dao.DAOException: HibernateException on updating instance of type class com.successfactors.hris.bean.eo.EmpAddressInfoEO

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• The employee’s address is invalid at the database level.
• The dependent's address is also invalid at the database level.

1. In the Hire Wizard, navigate to the Address section and the Dependents’ Address section.
2. Delete the address data.
3. Complete the rehire process.
4. After the rehire is successful, add the address data back in the Employee Profile.
