2548997 - Passive Declined status for 360 Forms

While checking the "Status" of 360 Forms some customers have doubt with the Meaning of the "Passive Declined (Incomplete)" and the "Declined (Incomplete)" status.

The Status "Passive Declined (Incomplete)" is set when the form is declined by due date action.

When a stage is not completed by the due date and is automatic sent to the next stage it is passively declined.

And the status Declined (incomplete) is when the user has declined to complete the form by clicking on the Decline button.
