2549039 - Button Permissions - How to Remove Reject or Sign buttons in Signature step

Symptom

How to hide or remove the Reject button or Sign button during Signature step of the form.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

Resolution

The Reject and Sign buttons can be hidden or removed via the Button Permissions. 
The changes will not apply to existing forms. To confirm the changes, please launch a new form.

For PM form, this can be configured in instance. Please refer to the steps below:

  1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates > select the PM template.
  2. Go to General Settings. Click on Show advanced options then Button Permissions.
  3. Click Add Another.
  4. Select None for the Type.
  5. In the Buttons drop down, select the Reject or Sign buttons.
  6. Select the Roles and Route Steps.
  7. Click Done and Save.

For 360 Reviews, this can only be configured in provisioning. Please refer to form Attributes xml sample below.
