2549066 - Error Message When Download a Report to Xlsx or XML Format; Report cannot be opened

Symptom

You are trying to export a report to XLSX or XML format, you receive an error message after the report is loaded:

  • Report cannot be opened; report an case
  • Failed to open report "Internal Server Error" - report an case.

You may also get the same error Message when you send the report as E-Mail Attachments a Xlsx or XML format. In both cases no report data is displayed and you can only close the report screen.
