Symptom

Tried to create a database connection, got below error:
 create connection to DS.DB
 set error class to rs_sqlserver_error_class
 set function string class to rs_sqlserver_function_class
 set username to maint_user
 set password to maint_user_password
 go
 Msg 15198, Level 12, State 0: Server 'SRS_servername': Invalid config option value: ''.
