2549134 - SAML authentication fails - SAML2Assertion is not yet valid

Symptom

The SAML 2.0 authentication fails, the security troubleshooting wizard logged the below entry:

Service Provider has received SAML2Assertion from Identity Provider [http://sso.acme.sap/ppt/LANTOS/saml20] that is not yet valid.
ConditionsNotBefore: [Thu Oct 11 17:50:25 GMT+05:30 2017], current time: [Thu Oct 11 17:47:18 GMT+05:30 2017].
