How Connector "updateNotActive" functionality works.

Resolution
The default setting doesn’t explicitly set the value of earlier revisions to Y or N – it is used to either ignore or observe what is in the input file for prior revisions. Below is what should happen as a result of different combinations of settings, input file values, and LMS pre-existing values. Essentially, when UpdateNotActive=N, the existing LMS values should be retained; when UpdateNotActive=Y, the input file’s values should be used.
