Symptom
Application error when accessing the Employee Profile, the portlets "Performance **Manager view only" and "Potential **Manager view only" keep on loading.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
Reproducing the Issue
Go to Employee Profile and see the application error display:
An application error occurred. Please try again later, or copy the below error information and send it to your support group if the issue keeps occurring. Fingerprint=b657421ceb134589bf1d1eecde24108db0f3e6e6
Resolution
Disable and enable the option "Show this subsection on the profile" to the subsection where the portlets are placed.
- Go to: Configure People Profile
- Click in the subsection
- Disable the option: Show this subsection on the profile
- Save
- Enable the option: Show this subsection on the profile
