2549750 - Detailed 360 Report - export to word option not showing despite proper form template settings - 360 Multi Rater

Detailed 360 Report and Export to Word links are not available in a completed 360 form, even though the proper settings have been checked in Form Template Settings

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi Rater 

1.  Go to Admin Center > 360 Forms > Form Template Settings
2. Select your Form template
3. Ensure that:
• Enable 360 Detailed Report Permission for is configured for the correct roles
• Enable Word XML Export is checked
4. Go to the form -- both links are missing

A flag is missing in the instance's Company Settings in Provisioning

NOTE: This solution requires access to Provisioning. If you do not have it, please raise the issue with Product Support or with your partner, and have them make the changes for you.

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Open the company ID affected
3. Click on Company Settings 
4. Put a check next to Graphical Report (360) -- requires "360 Multi-Rater"
     
5. Click Save Features
6. Restart al browsers
7. Links should now be visible
