2549782 - Open Client: Client host cannot connect however other client hosts can - SDK for SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Cannot connect via isql or any applications to ASE
  • Error message:
  • CT-LIBRARY error:
    ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Lib protocol driver call to connect two endpoints failed
  • Reboot Host helps for a period of time, but then fails
  • Reboot ASE doesn't help
