Mentoring option was enabled from provisioning but the feature is not available in the instance under Development or in RBP to assign permissions.
Environment
SuccessFactors Mentoring.
Cause
This is because required option for mentoring "Attachment Manager" is not enabled.
Resolution
Check "Enable the Attachment Manager" option in provisioning.
NOTE: As a customer you do not have access to provisioning so please create a support case for the option to be enabled.
