Symptom

An error message , "Save Failed. Invalid Form Template Group Code C03" is encountered on generating summary from visit

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Visit Work Center
  2. Then to Visit View
  3. Open visit, ABC, where, ABC is any visit
  4. Click on Actions and then on Generate summary
  5. Error "Save Failed. Invalid Form Template Group Code C03 " is encountered

Cause

Scoping question in Business Configuration not been selected

Resolution

Please do scope the following Business Configuration question:

  1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center
  2. Then to Implementation Projects View
  3. Click on Edit Project Scope
  4. Search for Activity Management step in order to enable the following question in order to deploy PDF templates
  5. "Do you want to use summaries as meeting minutes for appointments, phone calls, and visits in the system?"
