2550127 - SAP KPI Modeler error: Cannot load tile because of broken/inactive HDBTI files

Symptom

When trying to access KPI Modeler in order to activate Analytical apps, Cannot load tile displays on tiles. There is an error when delivering CHIP from remote catalog, as the log indicates.

AND

The following query returns the result of broken HDBTI objects in SQL option of HANA database: 
select * from “_SYS_REPO”.”ACTIVE_OBJECT” where object_suffix = ‘hdbti’ and object_status > 0
