Symptom
Data updated to a PSA of an export Datasource or to a Changelog of a Standard DataStore Object is written with PARTNO = 0000.
Executing RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY on such a PSA/Changelog results in the following messages:
- Request: REQU_<XYZ>/ODSR_<XYZ> missing in partition <1234>
- Request: REQU_<XYZ>/ODSR_<XYZ>stored in wrong partition 0000
