The Create button is inactive in transaction SOAMANAGER. The configuration of a new logical port for an existing service consumer is not possible.

The authorization object S_SRT_CF_C (SOAP Runtime: Web service Consumer Configuration) is assigned to the configuration user, however the Create button is still inactive.
