2550405 - Readiness values do not display for some or all users in Succession Org Chart

• The Readiness values do not display in the Succession Org Chart when looking at the successors, even though the values display in the Nominations and Successors portlets. 
• Some of the Readiness values are missing when adding successors and editing existing successors.

The Succession Org Chart uses the Readiness values configured in the Succession Org Chart XML to display the Readiness values for successors. This issue may occur when the Readiness values are not configured in the Succession Org Chart XML or if the values configured in the Succession Org Chart XML do not match the values configured in the Readiness rating scale in Admin Center > Rating Scales.

To resolve the issue, it is necessary to configure the "Readiness" options in the Succession Org Chart XML configuration, according to the "Readiness" rating scale configured in Admin Center > Rating Scales. All options configured in the "Readiness" rating scale in Admin Center > Rating Scales should also be configured in the Succession Org Chart XML.

Note : It is not possible to add more than one readiness at once while adding successors to a positions. we can only add one readiness while adding successor to position.
