2550542 - Performance Form Template Permissions Were Removed After Changing Route Map

After changing the route map in a performance form template, the permissions from all sections were removed.

1. Action Search: Manage Templates
2. Select the Performance Review tab > Select a performance form template
3. Select General Settings > For the Route Map field, change the dropdown
4. Receive popup > Select Cancel or OK > Save
5. Permissions for all sections have been removed

Expected behavior

Before route map changes are made in the performance form template, a popup warning indicates all permissions will be removed:

Please set the Route Map via Form Template Settings to preserve the permissions. If the Route Map is changed here, all the existing configured permissions will be lost. Do you still want to continue?

To preserve performance form template permissions, update the route map in Form Template Settings:

1. Admin Center > Form Template Settings
2. Select the performance form template
3. For the Routing Map field, change the dropdown > Update Form Template
