2550819 - Presentations - PDF Printing does not support the full page of People Profile Live Slides

Symptom

When printing a Presentation to a PDF printer, the whole content/page of a People Profile (PP3) Live Slide is not printed in full.

Environment

  • SuccessFactors BIZX: Presentations
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite (Presentations)
  • SuccessFactors People Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Presentations > Create a Presentation and Add a 'People Profile' Live Slide
  2. Print Presentation > on pop-up window select 'Print' > a new window opens (Preview Page)
  3. At the bottom of the page select 'Send To Print'
  4. Select a PDF printer
  5. Open the PDF
  6. The whole page from the People Profile Live Slide will not be displayed

Cause

This is a known limitation and expected behavior that the whole content of the People Profile page (PP3) will not be printed due to a height limitation.

Resolution

The whole content (full page) of the People Profile page (PP3) can be printed using the PP3 page print function.

 Go to > People Profile page (PP3) > Take Action > Print/PDF
