2550962 - The Delete Option is Greyed Out While Trying to Delete a Campaign in Campaigns OWL

You want to delete a Campaign in the Campaigns OWL and see that the Delete option is greyed out.

SAP Cloud for customer

1. Go to Sales Campaign work center.
2. Navigate to Campaigns view.
3. Select the campaign ABC.
4. Click on the gear wheel icon on the top right end of the screen.
5. Delete option is greyed out.

The campaign ABC is in Active status. Only campaigns in Planned status can be deleted. This is the standard system behavior.

Please ensure that you are trying to delete the campaign prior to making it Active or before processing it.
