2550986 - Duplicate class created when copying a Program

Symptom

When copying a program that has class on its agenda, a new class is created with the same data from the Original one.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin > Learning > Programs
  2. Search and open a program with class in agenda
  3. Copy the program
  4. Open the agenda of the new program (copy) and verify that a new class has been created. 

Cause

This is an expected behavior.

Resolution

To copy the program without generating a new class, please deselect the agenda option.
