2551082 - Cannot Open Lead Routing Export File 

Symptom

It is not possible to open the downloaded lead routing file.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer 1708

 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administration work center. 
  2. Go to the Common Tasks view. 
  3. Choose the Define Rules for Lead Assignment sub-view. 
  4. Choose the Download button and save the file. 

The downloaded file is not readable and cannot be opened with any programs.

Cause

The lead routing rules file opens only in Excel file.

Resolution

The lead routing rules file opens only in Excel file.

1.      Go to the Administration work center.

2.      Go to the Common tasks view.

3.      Choose the Define Rules for Lead Assignment sub-view.

Choose the Download button and save the file using the .xlsx extension
