  • Reactivating BW search in Transaction RSOSM fails with the error Unable to deploy view:

        Incident 501384 2017 Unable to reach objects under BW repository in Eclipse in BW modeling. SAP

  • At the time of the BW error, in the Indexserver trace file on HANA you see an error message like the following:

e REPOSITORY packageStoreAccessor.cpp(00876) : Repository: Failed to delete non-empty package system local.bw.bwsearch.SAPSID.DEST as it contains at least one subpackage
(system-local.bw.bwsearch.SAPSID.DEST.METADATA)
