2551587 - Create a default filter on System monitoring for relevant systems

• You launch the System monitoring Application, but you need to specify every time the systems you would like to see there.
• You want to set up variants (individual systems or group of systems) to be displayed by default. This may be applied in scenarios such as IT Calendar, PI Monitoring or Job Monitoring; taking into account particularities of each scenario.
