2551707 - Item completion not recorded and the page cannot be found appears when returning to content structure

When a user clicks on 'Return to Content Structure' after completing a structured content course, 'The page cannot be found' is displayed and/or item completion is not recorded.

SAP Successfactors Learning (LMS)

1. Run through the course until it is completed.

2. Click on 'Return to Content Structure'.

When users complete the course, they are being logged out from their LMS system. Make sure to check the lesson_status on the Fiddler logs.

Please refer customer to their content developer to remove 'logout' from lesson_status.
