2551747 - How To Export Existing Exchange Rates For Foreign Currency to Microsoft Excel and Download Excel XMLTemplate

You would like to export existing Exchange Rates for Foreign Currency to Microsoft Excel file and also download Excel XML Template for Exchange Rates for Foreign Currency.

Prerequisite:

You have already downloaded Microsoft Excel Add-In.

A) To export existing Exchange Rates for Foreign Currency follow the below steps:

1. Login into the system.
2. Go to the work centre Administrator.
3. Go to view Common Tasks.
4. Select Exchange Rates for Foreign Currency.
5. Select Export and option To Microsoft Excel.
6. Select language English and click Download.

Result: File was downloaded and you are able to open it in Microsoft Excel.

B) To Download Excel XML Template For Exchange Rates For Foreign Currency follow the below steps:

1. Login into the system.
2. Go to the work centre Administrator.
3. Go to view Common Tasks.
4. Select Exchange Rates for Foreign Currency.
5. Select Download Excel XML Template.

Result: File was downloaded and you are able to open it in Microsoft Excel.
