2551819 - UntrustedURLConnectionIOException: RequireClientCertificate is set, but no local certificates were negotiated.

Symptom

Send a SOAP request message using a SOAP receiver channel in IFlow to the target webservice. The target service requires client certificate authentication, therefore set the correct Private Key Alias in the receiver SOAP channel. But the message processing fails with this error:

org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message., cause: org.apache.cxf.transport.http.UntrustedURLConnectionIOException: RequireClientCertificate is set, but no local certificates were negotiated. Is the server set to ask for client authorization?
