You want to change/enhance RH_SFI_SYNCH_VAR_PAY_DATA integration report (SAP ERP HCM to BizX TM)

•  Integration Add-On 3.0 for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The following BaDIs can be implemented in order to enhance the field/user selection when running the Variable Pay Integration:

• HRSFI_VARPAY_ELIGIBILITY_IMPL -> You can use this BAdI to determine the additional eligibility criteria for an employee for a variable pay program. Only eligible employees for a variable pay program need to be transferred to SuccessFactors.
• HRSFI_B_VARPAY_FIELD_EXTRACTOR -> You can use this BAdI to map the content of SAP ERP fields to SuccessFactors fields for the variable pay program. You need a separate BAdI implementation for each field for which you want to implement this BAdI.
