Application Error when you select a candidate on Manage Pending Hires

Environment

SAP SuccessFacters Onboarding

SAP SuccessFacters Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to BizX
  2. Manage Pending Hires
  3. Select a new hire
  4. View application error

Cause

The Integration type has not been selected for a Picklist Key in the Onboarding Data Dictionary. By default Integration type is always Suite

Resolution

1. Navigate to Onboarding

2. Settings

3. Data Dictionary

4. Select the EC Tag from Integrations

6. Select Filter, Data Type Picklist

7. Open Every Key, if you see a Key with Integration Type Suite

8. Select Code or Label Based, Choose correct Picklist on the Ext Code Key or Leave it Blank

9. Save and review other Keys to ensure Integration Type is selected.
