2552152 - sm-mapping behavior for the Profile imported via Employee Import

The sm-mapped fields are not synchronizing the values from Employee profile to Candidate profile

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Perform the Employee Import and check the Employee fields
2. Compare it with the fields in the candidate Profile  which are sm-mapped.
3. You will see the Candidate profile fields will not be reflecting the data which is there in Employee Profile .

As per the current behavior, the sm-mapped fields are NOT updated in the candidate profile after an Employee Import.

In order to synchronize the fields, it is necessary to save the Employee Profile at least once.
