2552311 - Import and Export Data - Validate and Import Button Grayed Out

Validate and Import Button is Grayed out when trying to Import Generic Objects via Import and Export Data.

SuccessFactors Employee Central - Admin Tools

For reproducing the issue, please follow the below navigation steps:

1) Admin Center > Import and Export Data

2) Select the action to perform > Import Data

3) Select Generic Object *any generic object* > Attach Import File

CSV File must be attached, otherwise it will not work.

Ensure to attach CSV File when Importing Data.

Download the template of Generic Object:

1) Admin Center > Import and Export Data

2) Select the action to perform > Download Template

3) Select Generic Object *generic object desired for import) > Download
