2552365 - Field permissions are not respected when the Performance Form is routed to the Signature step

The field permissions configured for sections (Goals, Competency, Summary, Custom, etc.) are not being respected when the Performance Form is on the Signature step.

Example: Custom section

1. Add field permissions for the custom element "Checkbox" for a Signature step:

2. Launch a new form and route it to the Signature step.

The Checkbox field is not editable:

• The Signature Stage is the stage in the process where all defined users sign the form to approve or acknowledge the content of the form.
• When the form is routed to a Signature step, it is not possible to edit any fields in any section APART from the Signature section comments field. 
• This is expected behaviour.
