2552374 - Project Based (Fixed Price) Sales Order Item Not Considered for Revenue Recognition

Symptom

  • Sales Order item XYZ (XYZ represents the Sales Order item ID) of type Service Fixed Price (Project) has been fully delivered and invoiced.
  • The project task is in status Stopped, Completed or Closed.
  • However, the Revenue Recognition run XXX (XXX represents the Revenue Recognition run ID) has not considered the Sales Order item, meaning not realized any costs or revenue associated with this Sales Order item.
  • In Customer Invoicing it's noticed that the Delivery Status set to Finished. The Invoicing status, however, is still In Process.
